Early Bird Special Fee (Ends July 15th, 2010)
First attendee 750.00 additional from the same institution $600.00
Fee (After July 15th, 2010)
$995 for the first attendee, $750 for additional attendees from the same institution.

Registration is on a first-come first served basis as payment is received. Space is limited so early registration is STRONGLY recommended.

Refunds
If cancellation occurs before 7 days from the start of the conference a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the conference, no refund will be given.
Circumstances of cancellation will be considered.

CPE Credit
Earn up to 14 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits.
